Seth W. Brennan, Darrell W. Crate and Nathaniel Dalton were promoted to executive vice president by Affiliated Managers Group. Mr. Brennan was senior vice president, new investments; Mr. Crate was senior vice president and chief financial officer; and Mr. Dalton was senior vice president, affiliate development and general counsel.
Sean M. Healey, president and COO, was elected to the board of directors by the company’s stockholders May 30.
