Charlotte Walsh and Sheila Noonan, senior consultants at Stratford Advisory Group, will leave because the firms management was unable to come to an agreement with them about the firms direction, said Michael Flynn, president. Their plans are not known.
The departures come in the wake of negotiations to extend company ownership. While Ms. Walsh and Ms. Noonan were not offered an opportunity to become company owners, Jack Wildermuth, another senior consultant, will become an owner June 30, Mr. Flynn said. Mr. Flynn declined to provide details of the companys ownership structure.
Ms. Walsh and Ms. Noonan will be replaced by four associate consultants who will be promoted to senior consultant status: Audrey Bell, Ryan Ball, Brad Leek and Geeta Kapabia. Mr. Flynn said the company soon will add additional analysts.
