Southern Ohio Agricultural and Community Development Trust Fund, Hillsboro, Ohio, is preparing a list of finalists in its search for its first consultant. The $22 million fund, which was created through Ohios tobacco industry settlement, will begin selecting managers after a consultant is hired, said Matthew McAuliffe, chief of staff for the Ohio treasurers office. Proposals are no longer being accepted; selection is expected soon.
