Ohio State Teachers’ Retirement System, Columbus, hired David J. Green to manage an undisclosed amount in active domestic small-cap value equities, said Herbert Dyer, executive director. The new allocation is funded from cash. The rest of the system’s $53 billion in assets are managed in-house; but officials decided they could not provide this asset class internally, he said.
The search was handled in-house.
