Milwaukee County Employees’ Retirement System board voted to transfer $21 million from Stein Roe & Farnham’s Floating Rate Income Fund, a domestic core fixed-income fund, to existing active domestic core fixed-income managers NCM and Strong, said Jac Amerell, director of the $1.5 billion system. Strong will receive $16 million, increasing its portfolio to $121 million; and NCM will receive $5 million, increasing its portfolio to $10 million.
