William Estabrook was named executive director of the Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, Columbus, effective May 7. He succeeds Allen Procter, who resigned in March to pursue other opportunities, said Robert Beck, chairman of the $9.2 billion fund’s board of trustees. Mr. Estabrook has been the city manager of Miramar, Fla., since 1997.
