Louisiana Teachers Retirement System, Baton Rouge, is searching for up to four active fixed-income managers. The $12.5 billion system seeks one or two global managers to run $300 million to $500 million each, and one or two domestic managers to run $200 million to $400 million each, said Dan H. Bryant, chief investment officer. A funding source has yet to be determined, he said. The system expects to select managers by June 5.
