Vanguard has introduced an All-In Fee Report for plan sponsors that provides detailed analysis of their administration fees for 2000, including investments, record keeping and participant education. Costs for each plan also are consolidated into a single number called the total expense ratio. The report sorts operating expenses according to asset-based fees; service fees, and fees for additional services such as specialized education and administrative outsourcing; it provides an overall fee summary and total expense ratio for the year. Reports will be distributed annually.
