Scudder Retirement Services plans to use four client servicing tools offered by Pyramid Digital: PlanWeb, a customizable program allowing plan participants online access to their accounts; PlanRep, an Internet and intranet product for client service representatives; PlanHR, a web-based administrative system for plan sponsors; and PlanVoice, a voice-response system for plan participants.
The tools will target plan sponsors and individual participants. Pamela Plehn, Pyramid spokeswoman, said each of the tools essentially "talk to one another,” which means when a change is made on one piece of the system, it automatically is updated elsewhere.
