Greenfield Town (Mass.) Retirement System hired Dreyfus to manage $2.8 million in core small-cap equities and UBS Brinson to run $1.4 million in core real estate. The $34 million system added both asset classes as a result of a new asset allocation. Funding for both managers will come from existing equity managers, said Marilyn A. Matysiewicz, analyst.
