Southern California Permanente Medical Group, Pasadena, added the following funds to its $1.5 billion KEOGH plan: Vanguard Capital Opportunity and Value Index; Janus Aspen Cap Appreciation, Aspen Aggressive Growth and Aspen Worldwide; Essex Aggressive; and Acorn International. It also added the following funds to its $500 million 401(k) plan: Vanguard Primecap, Morgan Growth, Small-Cap Index, Growth, Value Index and Total Bond Index; and T. Rowe Price International Discovery. In addition, the group added the Vanguard Calvert Social Index Fund, Janus Aspen Worldwide Fund, and four Vanguard LifeStrategy funds to both plans. The funds were added for diversification, said Bruce Froehlich, retirement plans coordinator.
Vanguard is administrator, record keeper and trustee.
