State Farm Insurance, Bloomington, Ill., filed with the SEC to offer 10 new mutual funds, the first it will offer to the retail and institutional markets. Five of the funds will be managed by subsidiary State Farm Investment Management; three will be subadvised by Barclays Global Investors; and two by Capital Guardian. Dick Luedkey, spokesman, said he expects the funds to be available by March.
