Anne M. Tatlock was named chairwoman of Fiduciary Trust Co. International, replacing Lawrence S. Huntington, who is retiring after 30 years with the company. Ms. Tatlock will remain CEO, a post she has held since September.
Ms. Tatlock, however, is giving up the job of president to William Y. Yun, who has been head of the company’s institutional equity department.
The equity functions at Fiduciary Trust are team-managed and Mr. Yun will not be replaced, said Katherine McMillan, a spokeswoman for the company.
