Orrick Herrington & Sutcliff, San Francisco, will hire Wells Fargo as trustee and PricewaterhouseCoopers as record keeper and administrator for its retirement plans, replacing UMB Bank, which will be terminated at the end of the year. The plan sponsor, which has $238.5 million in retirement assets, according to the Money Market Directory, was dissatisfied with many aspects of UMB, said Susan Williams, benefits manager. UMB did not respond to calls seeking comment by press time.
