Allegheny County Retirement Board, Pittsburgh, will receive a shortlist of potential domestic large-cap value and domestic fixed-income managers from consultant Yanni-Bilkey on Thursday. The fund has not determined portfolio sizes, said Cheryl Bateman, executive director.
New managers likely will be funded from terminated managers Westfield and Sasco, which handled $80 million each in domestic midcap equity. Since the terminations last year, the assets have been in an S&P 500 index fund handled by Mellon Capital.
The fund has $680 million in assets, according to the Money Market Directory.
