Slater Steel Inc., Toronto, hired SEI Investments as a manager of managers for its U.S.$43 million U.S. and Canadian employees plan, replacing Frank Russell in the U.S. and two unidentified managers in Canada, said Paul Davis, vice president of administration and general counsel. The plan wanted all of its defined benefit assets to be handled by one provider.
