Merrill Lynch, through a special agreement, will distribute its institutional e-commerce portal to Bloombergs 140,000 institutional clients.
The portal features research, market commentary and analysis, new issue offerings, secondary trading for debt and equity, and post-trade reporting. A Merrill Lynch spokesman said users of the service will be able to alternate seamlessly between Bloombergs data, analytics and other content, and Merrill Lynchs trading capabilities and research data.
