Stable-value pooled fund returns averaged 1.55% for the first quarter and 6.31% for the year ended March 31, according to a Hueler Analytics report.
Stable value outperformed conventional bond portfolios for the year, but lagged bonds for the quarter. The Lehman Brothers government/corporate bond index finished at 2.7% for the quarter and 1.7% for the year.
Hueler tracks a $49 billion universe of pooled funds on a quarterly basis.
