E&J Gallo Winery, Modesto, Calif., is searching for an investment manager to replace Robert Tubman. Mr. Tubman, who had been with the company for more than 30 years, retired recently.
The company has a $330 million profit-sharing plan, a $45 million defined benefit plan for hourly workers, an additional $5 million profit-sharing plan and an additional $1.7 million defined benefit plan, according to the Money Management Directory.
