Navajo Nation, Window Rock, Ariz., may drop Scudder Kemper growth and income fund, one of the options in its $28 million 401(k) plan, because of concerns about how the fund is rated, said Roger Martinez, plan administrator. The plan will make a decision about whether to replace the fund by June, he said. Officials at Scudder did not respond by press time. Scudder Kemper replaced Towers Perrin last year as the plans bundled provider.
