Edward Medland was appointed chairman of the board of Cadillac Fairview Corp. He had served on the board of directors for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, which completed its acquisition of Cadillac Fairview March 17, and was CEO of Wood Gundy.
Robert Bertram, Robert Kelly and Allen Reesor have been added to Cadillac Fairview’s board of directors as well. Mr. Bertram is director of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment Ltd., which owns the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. Mr. Kelly is vice chairman of the group office of Toronto-Dominion Bank Financial Group. Mr. Reesor is an executive vice president with the Ontario Teachers’ board.
