Crown Cork & Seal Co. Inc., Philadelphia, is giving its $300 million 401(k) retirement plan a face-lift this year. The company is considering adding more investment choices, including lifecycle funds and a brokerage window, said James Harrington, director of corporate finance. The retirement plan currently uses Vanguard Group as its bundled provider and offers seven investment options. "Were trying to offer a complement of funds to match peoples needs and provide flexibility, Mr. Harrington said.
