Metropolitan Utilities District Retirement Plan, Omaha, Neb., will search for three managers in new asset classes later this year. The $200 million defined benefit plan will look for firms to handle international value equity, small-cap value domestic equity and small-cap growth domestic equity, said Ronald Bucher, assistant general manager of administration. The searches are the result of a recently completed asset allocation study. Portfolio sizes and funding sources are as yet undetermined. DeMarche will assist.
