Chelsea (Mass.) City Retirement System is searching for an international EAFE manager to run between $4 million and $5 million. The $40 million defined benefit plan, which is making the move to provide additional diversification, released an RFP Jan. 27.
Proposals are due March 6, said Bill Monagle of the Wellesley Group, the fund’s consultant.
