William J. Poulin was hired by Pioneer Investment Management as senior managing director of marketing, with additional responsibility for product development and strategic planning. He replaces Steven M. Graziano, who was promoted recently to head domestic distribution and sales. Mr. Poulin was a vice president of investment banking at Putnam, Lovell, de Guardiola & Thornton, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions.
