Idaho State Treasurers Office bought QEDs IMS-2000 global portfolio and investment accounting system to manage the $2 billion general state fund and the $2 billion Idaho Endowment Fund Investment Board assets. The new system will be a client/server UNIX-based system with daily portfolio management, performance measurement, investment accounting and market information. The treasury had used a DOS-based system provided by ADS, said Edelene Ceynar, investment officer.
