Industrial Commission of Arizona, Phoenix, named Cutler as a value domestic equity manager to run a $22 million portfolio for the $300 million workers’ compensation fund. Cutler replaces Sloate Weisman Murray, said Doug Newton, administrative manager. Sloate was terminated late last year due to poor performance. Representatives from Sloate did not return calls for comment by press time.
