Mary McCarthy was named executive managing director of investor services at CB Richard Ellis Investors, a position that had been vacant since the company restructured in 1998. Ms. McCarthy had been a senior vice president of Security Capital Markets Group. While Security Capital did not answer phone calls, a person with knowledge of the firm said Ms. McCarthy’s job has not been filled.
