Meriter Health Services, Madison, Wis., hired Thomas White International as a domestic large-cap value manager and Alliance as a domestic large-cap growth manager for its $70 million cash balance plan. The firms will manage $11.6 million each; funding comes from a $23.2 million domestic core portfolio that had been managed by PanAgora. The decision was due to an asset allocation change, said Bill Morgan, vice president of human resources for Meriter.
