Roger Urwin will head the new global structure for Watson Wyatt, overseeing the strategic development of the global practice. Currently he is head of the U.K. and European consulting practice, and he will continue to work directly with European clients.
The company is reorganizing its investment practice, beginning Jan. 1.
To support the new organization, a team of institutional investment consultants focused on serving multinational clients will move to Watson Wyatts New York office. Chris Ford, currently a senior investment consultant in Reigate, England, will head the team. He will work with Carl Hess, who was recently appointed head of strategic allocation.
