Attleboro (Mass.) Municipal Contributory Retirement System hired RhumbLine Advisers to manage about $5 million in an S&P 500 index fund. Funding will come from SEI, the $45 million system’s existing S&P 500 manager, which was part of the original BankBoston portfolio. BankBoston was terminated earlier this year.
