Morgan Investment Management, which manages close to $11 billion in international equities for U.S. tax-exempt clients, will launch an international enhanced index fund next year, said Nigel Emmett, vice president, international equity group. The fund will track the MSCI EAFE index and will have a tracking error of plus or minus 1%, he said. Demand from clients helped spur the move.
