Craig Birkelund and Tom Confidine joined CWB System Services’ U.S. office. Mr. Birkelund will be the general manager of the New York office of the information technology consulting firm. Mr. Confidine has been named principal consultant and co-head of the asset management group; he will be working primarily with U.S. asset management firms. Both positions are new. Mr. Birkelund had been a senior manager at AT Kearney’s Financial Institutions Group in London. Mr. Confidine had been a vice president of operations at Lincoln Investment Planning, an investment broker/dealer company.
