Taunton (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System picked Wellington Management as an enhanced core fixed-income manager to run $20 million in a commingled fund, said Paul J. Slivinski, executive secretary at the $99 million fund. Segal Advisors assisted. Money for the new manager will come from reducing the portfolio of U.S. Trust of Boston, which will retain $54 million in a balanced fund.
