Ross T. Ellis was appointed director of product development and distribution at SEI Investments’ Global Fund Services division, a new position. He will help clients develop offshore mutual fund distribution strategies. Mr. Ellis formerly was vice president and manager of offshore marketing for Nicholas-Applegate, which sold its mutual fund operation earlier this year.
