P. Craig Ueland was promoted to COO of Frank Russell and Leonard P. Brennan to senior executive for all third-party distribution, both new positions created to help the company develop strategic relationships with plan sponsors and deliver Russell’s funds through third-party distribution relationships. Mr. Ueland, previously CFO, will be responsible for Russell’s direct-service institutional business. Thomas Hanley, a director in Russell’s private equity group, will replace Mr. Ueland. Mr. Brennan, previously managing director, international operations, will oversee third-party distribution of both U.S. and international funds.
