Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, Heerlen, Netherlands, hired T. Rowe Price and BlackRock to run two U.S. corporate bond portfolios believed to be worth $200 million each. The portfolios are new mandates designed to increase the 320 billion guilder ($150.4 billion) funds exposure to U.S. corporate debt. The funds entire fixed-income portfolio is worth 180 billion guilders.
