Jones & Babson, Kansas City, Mo., reopened the Babson Enterprise Fund to new investors after seven years. Assets totaled more than $155 million as of June 30. Lance James, the fund’s manager, said market conditions created more liquidity for small-cap value stocks than has been available for some time and opened up "tremendous opportunities.’’
