Investment Advisers Inc. is down to two institutional marketing people from a staff of five around a month ago. Joe Caticchio, vice president and head of the group, would not comment on his departure from the firm last month, but is believed to have been a casualty of the firms restructuring efforts. Reid Kilberg, associate vice president in the institutional marketing group, also was laid off on May 20. Chris Manlove, a third member of the group, who apparently resigned on June 21, could not be reached for comment. Those remaining are Susan Schmitt, vice president and director of institutional sales, and Jim Beloff, director of marketing for Taft-Hartley funds, according to a company spokeswoman. Messrs. Caticchio and Kilberg are both looking for new opportunities in marketing elsewhere.
