Robert E. Angelica was promoted to chairman and CEO of AT&T Investment Management, which manages AT&Ts $35 billion pension fund. Mr. Angelica, who had served as president and CIO of ATTIMCO since it was founded in 1992, succeeds Larry Prendergast, who will retire at the end of June. Karen Vaughn-Fritz, spokeswoman for AT&T, said it has not yet been determined if Mr. Angelicas position would be filled.
