Louisiana School Employees Retirement System, Baton Rouge, will allocate an additional $40 million to domestic fixed-income manager Schroder Capital Management on June 1. Schroders portfolio will total $287 million. Funding came from existing large-cap equity managers, the result of a rebalancing in which the equity portfolio was pared back by four percentage points, said Julia LeBlanc, CIO for the $1.5 billion fund. The new U.S. equity allocation is 45.5%.
