Treasury Management Association and the End-Users Derivatives Association boards of directors have agreed to merge, effective June 1. Under terms of the agreement, EUDA will become a special interest section of TMA, called the End-Users Derivatives Council. TMA represents 12,000 individuals from 6,500 organizations; EUDA has 60 corporate members.
