Public Broadcasting Service, Alexandria, Va., hired Metropolitan West to manage a $47 million limited-duration core fixed-income portfolio for its operating fund, said Nanette Dudar, vice president of finance and treasurer. PBS’ operating fund fluctuates throughout the year and may vary from $70 million to $160 million, she said.
