Manchester (Conn.) Retirement Allowance Fund is searching for an additional international equity manager, with an emphasis on growth, to run $4 million, said Alan Desmarais, director of finance. Proposals are due April 27. The $90 million fund’s current international managers are Hotchkis & Wiley and Investment Advisers Inc., each managing a $4.5 million active EAFE portfolio.
