Vincent Siciliano was promoted to pension plan administrator at Foamex, Lynwood, Pa. He replaces Fern Bell, who resigned to pursue other employment opportunities. Mr. Siciliano previously was the benefits coordinator for Foamex, where his position remains vacant. Among his new duties will be to hire managers to run $105 million in defined benefit and defined contribution pension assets.
