Harold W. Harpster, John A. Kamuta and Robert P. Goodman, all formerly of BP America’s pension department, are joining money manager Roulston. Mr. Harpster, formerly director of pensions and investments at BP, will become CIO of Roulston. He replaces Joe Harrison, who will continue as director of investments until he retires next year. Mr. Kamuta handled growth equity management at BP and will be an equity growth portfolio manager at Roulston. He will run the Fairport Midwest Growth Fund. Mr. Goodman, formerly a fixed-income manager at BP America, will be a fixed-income portfolio manager.
