Ray Wirta, COO of CB Richard Ellis, also will become CEO effective May 18. He succeeds Jim Didion, who will continue in his role as chairman, while adding the position of senior adviser to focus on global integration of the company’s real estate services. In addition, Brett White, president, brokerage services, will assume Mr. Wirta’s former duties as chairman, North America, while also continuing in his current post.
