James Harrington was named director of corporate finance at Crown, Cork & Seal Co., Philadelphia, effective April 19. He replaces Peter Marks, who resigned to pursue other opportunities. His new duties will include managing the $3.3 billion defined benefit plan.
Mr. Harrington previously was director of risk management and pension investments for USAirways, where his position remains vacant.
