Manchester (Conn.) Retirement Allowance Fund will issue an RFP by the end of March for an additional international equity manager with an emphasis on growth, to diversify the $90 million fund, said Alan Desmarais, director of finance.The new manager will run about $4 million; the funding source is still undetermined, he said.
Proposals will be due three to four weeks after the RFP is issued, with a decision expected by May.
