David K. McNiff was named a pension investments manager at the Rochester, N.Y.-based Eastman Kodak Co. pension fund, which had $7.8 billion in assets as of Sept. 30, according to a Pensions & Investments estimate.
He replaces Kat Mandel, who resigned at the end of 1998 to take a break from the field. Mr. McNiff, whose responsibilities were not outlined, previously was director of investment management at GenCorp, responsible for nearly $3 billion in pension assets. He may not be replaced until GenCorps reorganization is completed in September, said Sina Baldwin, manager of investment analysis, who now will report to Michael Hicks, CFO and treasurer.
